Dm Chicken Biryani
Ingredients

1/2kg Chicken
·
1/2 Rice(Soaked for one Hour)
·
Curd(1 Cup)
·
2 tsp Salt
·
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
·
5 or 6 Punes(Alo Bukhara Optional)
·
2 Fried Onion(Chopped)
·
1/2Cup Mint and Corriandr(Dhanya)
·
2 Green Chilli(Chopped)
·
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
·
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
·
1 tsp Corriander powder
·
1 tsp Black Pepper
·
5 or 6 Clove(longh)
·
1 tsp Cumin (zeera)
·
1 Star anise Chopped (badyan k phol)
·
2 Bay leaf(Taiz Pata)
·
4 Green Cardamom(ilachi)
·
2 Cinemon(Dar Chini)
·
2 Black Cardamon(Optional)
·
½ tsp Yellow food colour
·
Kwera Essence(few drops)(Optional)
·
Method
·
Take a pan and put a half cup of oil in it.
·
Add chicken and all the ingredients except
rice.
·
Mix the condiments(masaly) well.
·
Take another pan put salt and some water.
·
Boil the rice(half cook on high flame for 4 to 5
minutes)
·
Marinate the chicken until rice half cooked.
· When rice are half cooked then add rice in marinated chicken.
·
Add yellow food colour.
·
Cover the pan with foil.
·
Cook on medium flame for five minutes.
·
When steam make then cook for half an hour on
very low flame.
- Dm chicken biryani is ready now its time to
serve it.
