Ingredients:

2 Cups Milk Powder

1tsp Cardamon Powder

1tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Melted Butter

½ Cup Milk                    

2 Cups Sugar

2 Cardamon

Water(as you required)

Method:

Take a pan put sugar and water in it  and ready Sheera.

Take a pan and add butter and milk.

Add milk powder gradually and stirrer continuously.

When it turn to softy batter then mould this in to shapes.

Fry this for 5 to 6 mints at medium to low frame.

When it turned to brown colur then put this into Sheera.

Dip for 2 to 3 mints and then serve it and enjoy it.
